Higgidy is looking for a Quality Systems lead in the UK to question, challenge and seek opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
You will lead investigations of incidents, complaints and non-conformances, ensuring closure by relevant teams.
You will manage external service providers for calibration and laboratory services, maintain the QMS and ensure audit readiness, reporting deficiencies to the Technical Manager.
