Commercial Executive

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to come and join our team to further our brilliant brand! We are not looking for someone with extensive experience – recent graduates are very much encouraged to apply! This role is 6 month fixed term contract.

• You will be responsible for helping us deliver our impressive growth plans and look after some of our most valuable customers.

What will you be DOING?

• Administration & Analysis – reporting to one of our Commercial Managers you will be the bedrock of the team, essentially running the administrative function. You’ll also have a strong focus on data analysis; you’ll be digging into the data to guide and support decision making. You’ll work with Excel and sales data to measure performance

• Forecasting – generate and own the commercial forecast for customers. You’ll work with the Commercial, Product and Operations teams to ensure demand aligns with supply

• Customer insight – hone a deep knowledge of your customers’ and their markets. You’ll use this to guide your customer plans, and also present back to Higgidy to guide our strategy

• Commercial strategy – help develop and implement our commercial plans, ensuring your customers have the right range, promotions and marketing to maximise profitable growth

• Analysis – dig into the data to guide and support decision making. You’ll work with Excel and sales data to measure performance

• Highly analytical, with an excellent attention to detail
• Good at spotting trends and presenting recommendations
• Great at generating and building commercial relationships
• Passionate about working in a small, fast growth business environment
• Eager to learn and develop
• An Excel whizz – we will help with training, to get you to the required standard
• Able to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative
