Salary: $25–$40/hour + monthly performance bonus (based on experience)

Shift: Day Shift – Full Time

Location: St. Peters, MO

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install and set up a wide range of machine tools and manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine tools and systems efficiently
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance productivity
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Utilize machine tool programming languages and PLCs for troubleshooting and repairs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing equipment
  • Follow all internal and external quality and safety standards, including AS-9100
  • Support continuous improvement efforts using 6S and lean manufacturing practices
  • Maintain clear and accurate maintenance records

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with machine tool programming and PLC systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and best practices
  • Familiarity with quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment
