Shift: Day Shift – Full Time
Location: St. Peters, MO
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install and set up a wide range of machine tools and manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine tools and systems efficiently
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance productivity
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Utilize machine tool programming languages and PLCs for troubleshooting and repairs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing equipment
- Follow all internal and external quality and safety standards, including AS-9100
- Support continuous improvement efforts using 6S and lean manufacturing practices
- Maintain clear and accurate maintenance records
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with machine tool programming and PLC systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment
