HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry in West Middlesex, PA!
Salary: $29.56–$30.43/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (occasional weekends)
Location: West Middlesex, PA
Benefits: Full benefits package
About the Role
This position supports equipment reliability by performing preventative, planned, and emergency maintenance on production and utility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Support installation and startup of new equipment
- Complete work orders and document repairs accurately
- Follow safety, GMP, and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Trade or technical school training preferred (electrical, PLC/HMI, mechanical, welding, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.)
- 4–6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, HVAC, and computer-controlled equipment
- Experience with motor control, relay control, process control, and packaging equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings, charts, specifications, and wiring diagrams
- Ability to independently complete complex repairs and projects from planning through installation
- Basic computer skills required
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
