HiFyve is hiring a Sales Manager in the heavy equipment industry in Kent, WA!
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000/year
Shift: Days
Location: Hybrid (within commuting distance of Kent, WA or Mount Vernon, WA)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of outside Sales Representatives across multiple territories
- Establish and execute regional sales strategies aligned with revenue and growth goals
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance using KPIs and CRM data
- Conduct field visits, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations to drive accountability
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance and pipeline activity
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customers
- Support negotiations on large equipment deals and complex transactions
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities
- Drive growth across new, used, and rental equipment sales
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 5–7+ years of outside sales experience in heavy equipment or related industry
- 2+ years of sales leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment markets and customer segments
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Financial acumen including forecasting, pricing, and margin management
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to travel regularly, including field work and overnight travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
