Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for our JCB Euro Skoda site in Worthing. Your role will be to receive customers and their vehicles, in a friendly and professional manner, plus discuss and confirm their requirements. You will also take responsibility for the customer relationship whilst their vehicle is in for a service or repair.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have a strong Service Advisor background within the Motor Industry and have fantastic customer service skills. You will be very friendly and get a buzz out of building new and lasting relationships with our customers. You will also enjoy using your sales skills to sell other products and services that the customers may want or need. You will be very influential, kind and thorough with everything you do and have the customers' best interests at heart.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
