Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team at our JCB Volkswagen site in Maidstone, Kent! This is a role that may be developed from within, so if you have some experience in the motor industry then this would be useful, but not essential.
Objectives
- Accurately identify customer parts requirements
- Maintain parts stock and stock records
- Process parts orders efficiently
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30
Saturdays 08:30 - 12:30 on a 1 in 2 rota basis
