The JCB Group is a family-run business going through an exceptional period of growth and this is set to continue. We have 22 locations across Kent, Sussex and Essex and around 540 employees covering numerous internationally recognised brands.

We are currently hiring for a Site Co-ordinator to join our team at JCB Volkswagen Maidstone site in Kent.

What you'll do day to day:

  • Ensure the forecourt is clean, tidy and eye-catching to prospective customers
  • Ensure all vehicles on the forecourt are clean, with visible price boards
  • Ensure the forecourt is constantly maintained and vehicles moved to and from the forecourt in a safe manner
  • Ensure vehicles in the showroom(s) are clean for prospective customers and the showroom is laid out to the site’s specification and guidelines
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Deliver and collect customer vehicles in an efficient and timely manner using the most direct route
  • Check that pre-delivery inspection and any sanctioned repairs / servicing have been carried out prior to vehicle delivery
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations
  • Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and bring any customer complaints to the attention of the Manager immediately

Applicant must be 21 or over and hold a Full UK driving licence due to Insurance purposes.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
