We are now looking for a competent, qualified Technician to join our expanding operation. This role is ideal for someone with formal automotive training who wants genuine progression, manufacturer development and a pathway to full CUPRA accreditation.

About the Role

You will initially be based at our off site compound, working alongside an experienced technician. Your early responsibilities will include:

  • Pre Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
  • Multi Point Checks (MPCs)
  • Supporting the preparation of new and used vehicles

As you progress, you will move through structured Volkswagen Group training, working towards full CUPRA accreditation.

What We’re Looking For

  • IMI Level 2 or Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or City & Guilds equivalent / completed automotive apprenticeship)
  • Competent and confident in workshop practices
  • No prior main dealer experience required
  • Reliable, motivated and keen to develop within the Volkswagen Group network

This ensures you bring the right technical foundation, even if you haven’t yet worked on customer vehicles in a dealership environment.
