We are now looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our high performing Aftersales department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is customer focused, organised and keen to build a long term career within the Volkswagen Group network.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and managing service check-ins
- Creating job cards and updating customers throughout the repair process
- Liaising with technicians and ensuring accurate communication
- Upselling service plans, accessories and recommended work
- Managing invoicing, handovers and follow up calls
- Delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction in line with manufacturer expectations
You will receive full support and training, including Volkswagen Group systems and processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer facing experience (automotive preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy
- A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to excellent service
- Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
We are open to candidates from hospitality, retail, call centres or admin backgrounds, provided you bring the right attitude and customer care skills.
