The JCB Group is a family-run business going through an exceptional period of growth and this is set to continue. We have 22 locations across Kent, Sussex and Essex and around 540 employees covering numerous internationally recognised brands.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at JCB Van Centre Crawley which specialises in Volkswagen commercial vehicles. Your role will be to create strong rapport and lasting relationships with our new and existing customers to ensure you are tailoring the sale of the van to their needs whilst following our sales process. This is a target-driven role, so you need to get a thrill out of meeting and exceeding your targets! You will have OTE of £50k+.

You will be a friendly, persuasive, and positive person who is competitive and driven to achieve your targets, whilst ensuring fantastic customer service. You will also find achieving targets important and have a real interest in the customer, having a strong ability to create long-lasting relationships and tailor the sales experience to them. You will need a full, current UK driving licence to apply for this position.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Advising customers on the product range according to their needs
  • Promote additional products to the customer as required
  • Complete all paperwork and processes as required
  • Undertake training as required

Qualifications:

  • Car or Commercial vehicles sales experience
  • Manufacturer and FCA training to be provided

Working hours will include alternative Saturday mornings and NO Sunday working, a Company vehicle will be provided.
