We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our busy team at our JCB Van Centre in Ashford, Kent. Your role will be to receive customers and their vehicles, in a friendly and professional manner, plus discuss and confirm their requirements. You will also take responsibility for the customer relationship whilst their vehicle is in for a service or repair.
To be considered for this role, you must have a passion for delivering great customer service, be very friendly and get a buzz out of building new and lasting relationships with our customers. You will need to be methodical, self-motivated, have great organisational skills and enjoy using your sales skills to sell other products and services that the customers may want or need. You will be very influential, kind and thorough with everything you do and have the customer's best interests at heart.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
