We are currently recruiting for a full time Junior Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Michelin* HIDE. HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light‑filled dining rooms are set around a breathtaking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park. Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a‑la‑carte menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors. Everything is made in‑house wherever possible: from charcuterie & bread to jams, juices and pickles.
As Junior Waiter your duties will include:
- Working closely with Chef de rang and Head waiter.
- Be fully aware of the different types of plates and cutlery and their uses.
- Building a rapport with regular guests.
- Maintaining good communication between the station and the kitchen.
- Being respectful and responding positively to demands from the Chef de Rang and the Management team.
