We are recruiting a Junior Accounts Assistant for the Hedonism Group, a fine wine retailer and hospitality group situated in Mayfair, Central London.
Qualifications
- Qualified or part qualified - AAT, ACCA, CIMA, MSc/MBA Finance

Responsibilities
- Reconciling the purchasing ledger
- Reconciling accounts receivable
- Audit enquiries (mainly providing necessary report and copies)
- Processing and dealing with invoices
- Accounting to HMRC for relevant taxes
- Dealing with and recovery from debtors
- Carrying out relevant checks on new suppliers if required
- Liaising with the Employer’s IT provider when required
- Keeping management fully informed of issues as they arise
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
- Preparing daily sales reports
- Assisting other departments when requested by management
- Taking on additional tasks when required
