We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Michelin* HIDE. HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light‑filled dining rooms are set around a breath‑taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park. Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.
This position is hourly paid with a starting wage of £17.21/hour.
As Head Waiter, your duties will include:
- Managing your section within the restaurant efficiently & professionally
- Awareness of the menu & preparation of dishes
- Completing the set‑up of the restaurant
- Building a rapport with regular guests
- Maintaining the standards set for service by the Restaurant Manager
