We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Waiter/waitress to join the team at Michelin* HIDE restaurant. HIDE restaurants were awarded Michelin* within their first year and offer a casual all-day dining experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a Breakfast Waiter/waitress looking to join a great team of professionals. We are looking for a truly passionate professional looking to develop their career and are keen to promote from within. Several of our Management Team started in our Waiter team; could the next future manager be you?
The restaurant itself is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware and one of the largest wine lists in the country. This position is hourly paid with a starting wage of £15.21 per hour.
As Breakfast Waiter your duties will include:
- Working closely with Chef de rang and Head waiter.
- 6am Start time
- Be fully aware of the different types of plates and cutlery and their uses.
- Building a rapport with regular guests
- To maintain good communication between the station and the kitchen.
- To be respectful and respond positively to demands from the Chef de Rang and the Management team.
