Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure with their luggage
- Providing courteous and efficient service, ensuring guest needs are met promptly
- Escorting guests to their rooms and provide brief information about hotel and spa facilities
- Assisting with delivering guest requests, such as room service orders, room transfers, taxi requests
- Keeping public areas are kept tidy and replenished throughout the day
- Coordinating with reception and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Assisting on reception duties when required
Your Skills And Expertise
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have an excellent understanding of hotel and spa facilities and services
- Have the ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in information provided
- Be sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and promote additional services
Additional Information
- Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
- Working 5 out of 7 days per week including weekends and public holidays
- £12.71 per hour
