Hiddenwell is opening a brand-new 60-cover Mediterranean restaurant in Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire. We’re seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join the opening brigade and learn from experienced chefs while developing your skills across all kitchen stations.
You’ll prepare, cook and present dishes, follow recipes, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow. This role offers hands-on training, pre-opening tastings and a clear path to progression toward Demi Chef de Partie and beyond.
