Hoar Cross Hall is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead Hugo’s Restaurant, The Atrium and Poolside drinks service, delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining financial performance.
You will manage daily operations, recruit and develop the F&B team, control budgets and stock, and ensure health and safety standards across all outlets.
The role requires 45 hours per week, 5 days, evenings and weekends, with a salary of £37,000 per annum.
