The Role
As our Kitchen Porter you are theheart of our operation to keep the food reaching tables and our guests beingserved. We are looking for someone who has enthusiasm and a willingness tolearn.
You do not need to have experienceworking in a kitchen, what matters most to us is that you take pride in whatyou do, you are committed to get the job done and you always come to work witha desire to do better than the day before.

Responsibilities include
- Ensuring all equipment is cleaned to the setstandard
- Following correct cleaning procedures with the useof cleaning schedules
- Beingaware of the need to use the correctchemicals.
- Ensuring all pots, pans, crockery are cleanedthoroughly throughout the day.
- Maintaining a neat appearance of the pot wash areaand cleaning equipment storage areas.
- Beingable to sweep and mop the kitchen floorat the end of each shift
- Ensuring all bins are emptied throughout the dayand are washed inside and out at the end of each shift
Additional Information
- 20 hours per week
- Working 4 out of 7 days per week
