Ardencote Manor is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to join the Finance team and help ready the hotel for reopening in 2027. Primarily based on site at Ardencote Hotel with occasional travel to Central Services in Moreton-in-Marsh.
You will work closely with the Cluster Financial Controller and operational teams to establish and maintain strong financial controls, support month‑end processes, payroll review, and budget monitoring.
