The Role
As a Spa Facilities Assistant, you'll play an important part in creating an exceptional experience for every guest.
You'll help keep our spa facilities clean, safe and beautifully maintained, while offering friendly and professional service throughout each guest's visit.
You'll also work closely with teams across the resort to keep everything running smoothly.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and delivering excellent customer service
- Monitoring our pool and spa areas to maintain high quality and safety standards
- Testing and adjusting pool and spa chemical levels
- Keeping spa areas clean, tidy and well maintained
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working with colleagues across the resort to deliver seamless service
- Helping guests with information about spa services, treatments and guidelines
- Supporting Spa Reception with guest arrivals and departures
- Resolving guest queries quickly, positively and professionally
What We're Looking For
You'll need to
- Be 18 or over due to the nature of the role
- Have previous customer service experience
- Be friendly, approachable and confident speaking with guests
- Have an interest in pool and spa quality standards
- Have excellent attention to detail, particularly around cleanliness and safety
Even better if you have
- Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment
- Pool or spa management qualifications
- A Certified Pool Operator (CPO) qualification or similar
