Set within Hoar Cross Hall’shistoric estate, Henrys is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Team Leaderwho enjoys leading by example and making every guest feel welcome.
Your role
Reporting to the RestaurantManager, you’ll help run smooth shifts, support the team and deliver attentiveservice with an eye for detail.
- Leading from the floor, supportingcolleagues throughout service
- Welcoming guests, responding to requestsand resolving concerns professionally
- Maintaining high standards of service,presentation and cleanliness
- Coordinating daily duties and supportingrotas and staffing cover
- Helping the team build menu knowledge andmake thoughtful recommendations
- Supporting sales targets and suggest waysto improve the guest experience
- Contributing to team briefings, trainingand development
- Following food safety, fire safety andhealth and safety procedures
About you
You’ll bring hospitalityexperience, confident communication and a natural way with people. You’ll beorganised, calm during busy service and comfortable guiding colleagues.
Previous supervisoryexperience would be helpful, alongside a positive approach and a desire todevelop your team.

Working pattern
37.5 hours per week, Wednesdayto Sunday. Flexibility is required to support service and the needs of theteam.
