Role Specification:
- Ensure guest bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the required set standards, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Changing/making beds in line with the Housekeeping SOP.
- Assist in sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
- Replenish amenities.
- Keep the laundry area clean, organised, and free from obstructions.
- Completing extra jobs as instructed by Housekeeping Supervisors, Deputy Head Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper promptly.
Shift Patterns:
- 30 hours per week - zero hour contract
- 5 days out of 7 per week including weekends and bank holidays
- 0900-1530hrs / 0900-1500hrs
Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
