The Role
We are on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team on a part-time or full-time basis.
This role is essential in providing our guests with bespoke and memorable cocktail experiences, contributing to the overall excellence of our dining and bar services.

Key Responsibilities
- Crafting a variety of exceptional cocktails, from classic recipes to innovative creations, ensuring each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Engaging with guests to provide personalized recommendations, share knowledge about our beverage offerings, and create a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and pairing suggestions.
- Ensuring the bar area is always clean and well-organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Staying informed of current trends in mixology and beverage service.
- Personal Specification
- Have previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender within the hospitality industry.
- Have excellent knowledgeand eye for detail in mixology, garnishing and serving drinks
- Have a good understanding of liquor licencing, food hygiene and quality standards.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have the ability to be flexible to work in a dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Have previous experience with large volume covers.
- Have previous experience in providing first-class bar service
- Have food Safety Training.
