Ardencote Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced Bars Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our Warwickshire venue. You will drive revenue, manage budgets and develop a high-performing team, while upholding licensing, hygiene and safety standards.
The role reports to the Head of Food & Beverage and carries a 45-hour week, full-time commitment, and flexibility to meet the business needs.
