Barons Eden is seeking a Guest Sales Specialist to be the primary contact for new and existing customers, handling inquiries, processing bookings, and maintaining high standards of customer service to drive sales and enhance guest experiences.
You will manage reservations, schedule treatments and dining, send confirmations, and support the Central Reservations team.
Evening/weekend availability is required in our 7-day operation.
