At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world.

We’re hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to grow the ecosystem building on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) and accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the center of our top theses and core product pillars: cross-border payments, stablecoins, and FX; lending, yield, and credit; AI and agentic payments; and institutional use cases spanning capital markets and collateral mobility.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Source and build a high-quality pipeline through warm, vetted channels across VCs, accelerators, corporates, and strategic partners.
  • Own a portfolio of tier‑one relationships (VCs and LPs, corporates, accelerators, and key conferences) that keeps XRPL top of mind, drives introductions across founders, investors, and partners, and shapes the direction of the market.
  • Map end-to-end value chains across our focus pillars to pinpoint the participants, dependencies, and gaps that accelerate institutional adoption.
  • Connect the dots across the ecosystem, making introductions between founders, investors, and partners that unlock growth.
  • Own deals end to end, from first conversation to a signed grant, partnership, or investment, originating, evaluating, structuring, and closing the opportunities that compound Ripple’s network position.
  • Design deal terms and milestones that align incentives and drive adoption, deploying capital where it accelerates Ripple’s growth.
  • Sharpen Ripple’s value proposition and market signal, making the path into the XRPL and Ripple ecosystems clear and easy to work with across channels.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, BD, Corp Dev, DevRel, and Go‑to‑Market to qualify opportunities, sharpen strategic priorities, and influence the product roadmap.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital across enterprise fintech, financial services, payments, or treasury technology.
  • A track record of building commercial opportunities from ambiguous, zero-to-one starting points without an existing playbook.
  • A strong, active network across fintech, payments, and crypto, with genuine relationships at the operator, founder, and fund level.
  • A sophisticated understanding of both blockchain and traditional financial services, and a genuine passion for crypto.
  • Meticulous, methodical, creative, and thorough in your analysis and problem-solving.
  • A clear, direct communicator who can influence senior executives internally and externally.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with autonomy and accountability.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Direct experience in one or more of our focus pillars: cross-border payments, stablecoins, FX, lending and credit, or agentic payments.
  • Familiarity with the XRP Ledger and RLUSD.
  • Experience in EMEA; fluency in a European market or language a plus.
  • Existing relationships with tier‑one VCs, accelerators, or market makers in fintech or crypto.

WHO WE ARE:

  • The opportunity to build in a fast‑paced start‑up environment with experienced industry leaders.
  • A learning environment where you can dive deep into the latest technologies and make an impact.
  • A professional development budget to support other modes of learning.
  • Thrive in an environment where every employee is a respected, valued, and empowered part of the team.
  • In‑office collaboration for moments that matter is important to our culture.
  • Bi‑weekly all‑company meeting - business updates and ask me anything style discussion with our Leadership Team.
  • We come together for moments that matter which include team offsites, team bonding activities, happy hours and more!

  • Generous wellness reimbursement and weekly onsite & virtual programming.
  • Generous vacation policy - work with your manager to take time off when you need it.
  • Industry‑leading parental leave policies. Family planning benefits.
