Hidden Hearing is a leading provider of private hearing healthcare. We are seeking a HCPC-qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist to work in the Wolverhampton area. This is a mobile role based in the community, carrying out appointments in patients' homes.
Employment details:
- Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm, with some flexibility as required.

- Basic salary £40,000 with uncapped commission and opportunity to earn quarterly and annual bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell appropriate hearing solutions within HCPC standards and BSHAA guidelines.
- Complete audiograms and customer records on the Company CMS system accurately and synchronise daily.
- Adhere to company working practices including the standard consultation.
- Provide premium after-sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified HAD or Pre-Registered HAD.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Member or willingness to become a member of BSHAA.
- IT skills enabling use of company systems and audiometry equipment.
- Time and workload management abilities for a well-planned approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
