Hidden Hearing is one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life-changing hearing healthcare. We are looking for an Ear Care Practitioner (Wax Removal) to work in Edinburgh 2 days per week.
Basic salary: £11,200 with referral bonus.

You will have the support of a designated diary coordinator and a supportive team of managers. You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 15 hours per week, over two days 9.00am to 5.00pm, although some flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of services to Hidden Hearing patients, including wax removal, hearing screenings, and referral to HAD for testing where appropriate.
- Patient service and support.
- Accurate assessment of clients to provide the best agreed solution to wax removal needs and subsequent management of ear health.
- Deliver a high standard of customer care in line with HH expectations.
- Comply with professional, legal and company expectations & requirements.
- Maintain full and accurate patient records.
Job Requirements:
- This role is ideally suited to a hearing care assistant; however, full training will be given if the candidate can demonstrate the skills necessary to perform the role.
- Experience of patient care and customer service to a high level.
- IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment.
- Time and job management abilities to allow a well-planned and structured approach to workload.

- The ECP role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
- Membership of BSHAA is encouraged, but not mandatory.
- ECPs are required to keep their knowledge and skills up to date with regular CPD.
