Hidden Hearing is one of the UK's leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life-changing hearing healthcare. We are looking for a Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) based in our Maddox Street Clinic in Central London.

- Generous car allowance starting from Ā£5,328 per annum (depending on performance/sales) or company car if preferred

Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions within specified time scales in accordance with the HCPC standards, BSHAA code of practice, and guidelines
- Complete audiograms and customer records on the Company's CMS system accurately and synchronise daily
- Adhere to company working practices including the standard consultation
- Provide premium afterāsales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries in a timely and professional manner
- Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements
Qualifications
- HCPC qualified hearing aid dispenser with desire to provide premium customer care and aptitude for sales
- Full UK driving licence
- Qualified HAD or PreāRegistered HAD
- Hold current HCPC registration
- Be a member or be prepared to become a member of BSHAA
- IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment
- Time and job management abilities for a wellāplanned and structured workload approach
