Overview

Hidden Hearing is one of the UKs leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life changing hearing healthcare. We are looking for a Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) in the Barnstable area. We have Full-time and Part-time opportunities available. This role will be based in the heart of the community visiting patients in their own homes.

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic salary – £37,618
  • Generous car allowance starting from £5,328 per annum (depending on performance/sales) or company car if preferred
  • Rewarding uncapped commission payable monthly and opportunity to earn both quarterly and annual bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions within specified time scales in accordance with HCPC standards of practice and the BSHAA code of practice
  • Complete audiograms and customer records on the Company CMS system accurately and synchronise daily
  • Adhere to company working practices including the standard consultation
  • Provide premium after-sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Qualified HAD or Pre-Registered HAD
  • Hold current HCPC registration
  • Be a member or be prepared to become a member of BSHAA
  • IT skills enabling use of company systems and audiometry equipment
  • Time and workload management abilities for a well-planned approach
  • Hold a current driving licence
  • This post requires eligibility to work in the UK/EU without restrictions. Visa sponsorship is not available.
