Hidden Hearing is one of the UK's leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing lifeāchanging hearing healthcare. We are looking for a Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) for the Hereford area.
Key Details
- Basic salary - £37,618 per annum.
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility required.
- Permanent contract.

Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions within specified time scales in accordance with HCPC standards, BSHAA code of practice and guidelines.
- Complete audiograms and customer records on the Company's CMS system accurately and synchronise daily.
- Adhere to company working practices including the standard consultation.
- Provide premium after sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries, in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements.
Role Requirements
- Qualified HAD or PreāRegistered HAD.
- Hold current HCPC registration.
- Be a member or be prepared to become a member of BSHAA.
- IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment.
- Time and job management abilities to allow a wellāplanned and structured approach to workload.
- Hold current driving licence.
