Territory Manager Opportunity with Hidden Hearing. Hours: Full-time. Location: Scotland – covering Invernesshire, Aberdeenshire, Tayside, Perthshire, Edinburgh and Fife. Team: Hearing Aid Audiologists, Ear Care Practitioners and Clinic Coordinators.

Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Salary: £40,685k
- OTE Bonus: £8,000 (additional bonus available)

Role Overview
Lead, support and manage your area of the sales team. Increase sales and drive the company forward in a fast-paced, diverse, and dynamic environment. Prior sales management experience is preferred. This is a high-performing team with strong growth.
Responsibilities
- Spend 80% of time working face-to-face with colleagues, coaching them to reach their potential.
- Maximise individual and branch performance through observation, feedback, and coaching.
About You
- Proven sales and people management experience (ideally in a regulated, geographically dispersed retail or healthcare environment).
- Driven to achieve and maintain high levels of compliance.
- Process-driven with a consistent approach; able to influence and enforce behavioural change to deliver sales without compromising brand standards.
- Well-developed people management skills with a desire to get the best out of your team.
- Full UK driving license required.
