We are seeking an Ecosystem Integration Engineering Manager to lead a new multi-disciplinary team spanning hardware, firmware, middleware, applications, and cloud services. This team will focus on integrating IDT Reader BU products into broader RFID identification ecosystems, delivering end-to-end system solutions for customers and end-users. This role extends beyond reader development to ensure IDT products operate seamlessly within full identification ecosystems. These ecosystems may include other HID business units (e.g., PACS 2.0), emerging industry standards (e.g., CSA Aliro), or entirely new platforms.
You will establish reusable integration frameworks and shared platforms, enabling scalable ecosystem integration. As ecosystems mature, solutions will transition to business segment teams, while your team focuses on emerging opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, who define strategy and roadmap, while your team designs architectures and executes delivery. You will also partner with engineering leaders across Reader BU, Cloud Services, Credential Management, and Product teams to embed integration as a core engineering discipline. This role reports to the VP of Engineering, IDT.
