We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Digital Performance Manager to own digital pipeline growth, paid media performance, and website conversion optimisation across HICX’s marketing function. This role combines performance marketing, digital campaign execution, and conversion optimisation to help drive measurable pipeline outcomes. You’ll work closely with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to improve how prospects engage with HICX and convert into qualified demos and opportunities. This is a highly execution-oriented role within a lean marketing team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building campaigns, testing ideas, analysing performance, and continuously optimising digital results.
Requirements- Paid Media & Digital Campaigns
- Build and manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and relevant B2B channels
- Manage budget allocation and campaign optimisation to improve lead quality and ROI
- Run A/B testing across ad creative, messaging, targeting, and landing pages
- Support content syndication campaigns and partner programmes
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data
- Support retargeting and audience nurture campaigns
- Website & Conversion Optimisation
- Own website conversion performance and demo conversion journeys
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, CTA performance, and lead capture
- Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns and paid activity
- Analyse user behaviour and funnel performance to improve conversion rates
- Work with internal teams and external partners to implement website improvements
- Demand Generation Support
- Support always-on campaign execution across digital channels
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing on campaign launches and messaging
- Support webinar and virtual event promotion campaigns
- Execute digital nurture and retargeting strategies to improve conversion performance
- Support ABM-focused campaign execution across target accounts
- Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track and report on campaign, website, and acquisition performance
- Monitor key funnel metrics including traffic, leads, demos, and conversions
- Support attribution and pipeline reporting initiatives
- Provide actionable insights and optimisation recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve digital performance and campaign efficiency
- 4+ years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Proven experience running paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of conversion optimisation and digital funnel performance
- Experience building and optimising landing pages
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Comfortable working with campaign analytics and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing preferred
- Highly execution-oriented with a strong bias toward action
- Data-driven with a continuous testing and optimisation mindset
