Finance Assistant (Part-Time – 3 Days a Week)

What you’ll be doing:

1. Processing daily cash ups from venues.
2. Handling company credit card statements.
3. Managing petty cash for all venues.
4. Supporting the purchase ledger with coding and processing.
5. Reconciling monthly supplier statements.
6. Managing finance emails and acting as the first point of contact for external parties.
7. Collaborating with the finance team to support growth.
8. Assisting the Management Accountant with ad-hoc duties.

• An enthusiastic individual eager to grow in finance and learn about all areas of the business.
• An Excel expert with a keen eye for detail.
• A confident communicator comfortable speaking with managers and external contacts.
• Motivated, organized, and able to thrive under pressure.
