The role: A Global Distribution Partnership Manager in the pharmaceutical industry is responsible for establishing, managing, and optimising international partnerships with distributors to ensure efficient market penetration and regulatory compliance. This role is crucial for expanding a company's presence in global markets, improving supply chain efficiency, and ensuring that pharmaceutical products reach the right markets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
- Support and train partners to enhance performance.
- Develop market entry strategies and growth plans.
- Conduct market research for opportunities and risks.
- Align distribution with company goals and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (FDA, EMA).
