About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth to lead all growth areas for Hiccup, including performance marketing, CRM, affiliates, SEO, and more. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while managing a multi-disciplinary team. This position has a career development opportunity to take ownership of the company’s growth strategy as a C-suite member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies targeting a female audience, leveraging multiple growth areas: CRM, affiliates, SEO, performance marketing, and more.
- Drive retention and improve customer payback period by implementing strategies that enhance customer loyalty, increase repeat purchases, and optimize acquisition costs relative to customer lifetime value.
- Strong focus on performance marketing efforts, with the goal of optimizing ad campaigns to achieve and exceed ROI targets while scaling the monthly spend to 7 digits across all platforms (Meta, Google, Tiktok and Pinterest).
- Manage and mentor a team of two growth professionals and scale the team to 10 people by next year
- Take over new channel expansion once we lay the foundation for scalable growth processes and establish best practices across all marketing functions.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in growth-focused roles, with significant expertise in paid media.
- Proven track record in fashion, experience in affordable fashion as a plus.
- Strong understanding of all growth channels incl. performance marketing, CRM, affiliates, SEO, and other.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Leadership experience in managing and scaling teams, combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Ambitious and driven, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
