We're expanding our Home Care Team across Hull and surrounding areas, including Bransholme, East Hull, and Ings, and we're looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join us.

In this role, you'll help promote independence and empower people to make informed decisions about their care - all while making a real difference every day. Due to the range of locations, having a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable. The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

Pay & Hours: £13.00 per hour. Receive up to 29p for every mile you drive between calls as a fuel allowance. Get a guaranteed 16-hour contract but work up to 40 hours if you want. Pick your limits to suit your personal commitments. Morning & Evening shifts available (7am - 2pm or 4pm -10pm) - working alternative weekends.

The Role: As a Home Care Worker, you would deliver high quality care, visiting service users in their own homes. You would be responsible for ensuring they remain independent for as long as possible. This would involve preparing meals, personal care, assisting with medications, shopping - ensuring all their needs are met that are outlined in their own personal care plan. No two care plans are the same, each Service User is an individual and care plans written according to their needs.
