The Role:
- Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Provide emotional support while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
- Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and accurate record keeping.
- Support residents with personal care, daily living tasks, meals, and mobility needs.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and concerns are reported promptly.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote meaningful activities, community participation, and positive outcomes for residents.
- Act as a role model, providing guidance and supervision to the care team.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
About You
- Experience working in care
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience
- Medication training
- Experience supervising or supporting other staff
- A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for care
