Albemarle Care Home in Hedon is looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our expanding team of care professionals.

As part of The HICA Group, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of others, providing exceptional care, and building rewarding connections every day. Whether you're an experienced carer or looking to start a new journey in care, we provide comprehensive training and a warm, welcoming team to support you.

The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

Pay & Hours:

  • £13.70 per hour
  • Various hours available.
  • Day & Night Shifts
  • Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)

The Role:

Providing 'exceptional care for the individual' is at the centre of our ethos, where quality of life is as important as quality of care. As a Care Assistant, you will support our services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.

Additional Information:

Albemarle is a specialist dementia home for 42 residents situated in the popular East Yorkshire market town of Hedon. Albemarle is a two-storey residential home with a lift for access to the first floor. We have three lounges for relaxing, entertaining and socialising. We also have three different areas of enclosed garden; one area having a greenhouse and vegetable planters that service users enjoy.
