Pay & Hours

  • £13.00 per hour
  • 29p per mile fuel allowance between calls
  • Guaranteed 16-hour contract
  • Opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Tea & bed shifts
  • Alternative weekend working

The Role

As a Home Care Worker, you'll visit Service Users in their own homes, helping them remain independent, safe, and comfortable. Tea & bed shifts are some of the most important visits of the day - helping people settle for the evening with dignity, reassurance, and compassionate support.

Your duties may include:

  • Personal care and bedtime routines
  • Preparing meals and drinks
  • Assisting with medication
  • Light domestic tasks
  • Shopping and practical support
  • Providing companionship and reassurance
  • Supporting independence and wellbeing
  • Following individual care plans tailored to each Service User

No two visits are the same, and every Service User has unique needs, preferences, and routines.

About You

Experience is welcome but not essential - full training and ongoing support will be provided. Due to the travel involved between calls, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
