About the Role As a Care Supervisor, you will: Undertake risk assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
Review and monitor care delivery to ensure quality and compliance.
Supervise and mentor field-based care teams, including conducting medication assessments and practical observations.
Liaise with service users, families, and professionals to maintain high standards of care.
Step in to cover care calls when required to ensure continuity of service.
Essential
Requirements: At least one years experience in a care and support setting.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Willingness to work on a rota basis, including on-call duties.
Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Care, supervisory experience, and knowledge of risk assessment and medication management .
Pay & Hours: Rate of pay : £13.38 Hours : 30 hours per week Days & Nights
