We're looking for compassionate individuals to join our dedicated team at Red House, our Dementia & Older People home in Bridlington. This is your chance to be part of a supportive environment where you can truly make a difference in people's lives.

The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

Pay & Hours:

  • £14.83 per hour
  • 30 hours per week
  • Days Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm

The role:

  • Administer staff recruitment, payroll and documentation
  • Ensure records for the home on the computerised management information system are maintained accurately maintaining confidentiality in line with HICA policies and procedures
  • Deal with queries relating to staffing matters for the home in accordance with HICA policies and procedures
  • Facilitate and provide tours of the service to potential new clients, family members and external visitors, answering any queries and providing any relevant documentation as required
  • Co-ordinate redecoration and dressing of vacant rooms in preparation of viewing
  • Administer the financial systems of the home including collection and receipt of monies and maintenance of the imprest
