What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will: Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents Administer and manage medication in line with best practice Complete clinical assessments and care plan reviews Provide wound care and support with complex nursing needs Work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals Lead and support care teams during your shift Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing for every resident Pay, Hours & Shift Pattern £24.11 per hour 22.3 hours per week Night Shifts What We're Looking For Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Previous nursing experience within a care home or healthcare setting Experience supporting older people and individuals living with dementia is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A caring, compassionate and professional approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Available to work every other weekend . About Hampden House Hampden House is a 66-bed purpose-built nursing home located within the prestigious Duchy Estate.
The home provides the highest level of facilities and services from personal and nursing care, short-stays and end-of-life care. We have recently opened a new memory suite for those who require extra care due to a dementia diagnosis, while the rest of the home offers a more hotel-like atmosphere, allowing residents with full capacity the freedom to come and go as they wish.
