You’ll be responsible for:
- Working with the Manager to ensure care and support delivered remains at the required legislative and company standard.
- Taking a lead role in the recruitment and selection of competent people whose experience, skills and personality are right for the job.
- Managing the service in accordance with HICA at Home policies and procedures, and all relevant legislation to ensure all standards are met.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and written records in line with HICA Policy and the Data Protection Act.
- Timely production of reports and management information.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated individual with the following attributes:
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience of supervising in a domiciliary/extra care setting.
- Experience of developing, recording and monitoring of Care and support plans.
- Ability to lead, motivate and supervise staff, adopting appropriate management styles.
- A qualification in Medication management/handling is advantageous but not essential.
