£28,683.00 per annum | 37.5 hours per week (inclusive of 30-minute unpaid break each day) - Monday to Friday with on-call shifts.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Working with the Manager to ensure care and support delivered remains at the required legislative and company standard.
  • Taking a lead role in the recruitment and selection of competent people whose experience, skills and personality are right for the job.
  • Managing the service in accordance with HICA at Home policies and procedures, and all relevant legislation to ensure all standards are met.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and written records in line with HICA Policy and the Data Protection Act.
  • Timely production of reports and management information.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated individual with the following attributes:

  • Full valid UK driving licence.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience of supervising in a domiciliary/extra care setting.
  • Experience of developing, recording and monitoring of Care and support plans.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and supervise staff, adopting appropriate management styles.
  • A qualification in Medication management/handling is advantageous but not essential.
