We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at The Wolds Care Centre, a specialist dementia, nursing and residential care home in Louth. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your nursing career within a supportive environment where person-centred care, professional development and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
Please note: We are unable to sponsor international workers for this role. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Candidates must also be willing to travel to Louth, Lincolnshire.
What You'll Do
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer and manage medication in line with best practice
- Complete clinical assessments and care plan reviews
- Provide wound care and support with complex nursing needs
- Work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals
- Lead and support care teams during your shift
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing for every resident
Pay, Hours & Shift Pattern
- £21.87 per hour
- 39 hours per week
- Day or Night Shifts Available
- 12-hour shifts on a rota covering 7 days per week
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Previous nursing experience within a care home or healthcare setting
- Experience supporting older people and individuals living with dementia is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Available to work every other weekend
