Pay & Hours

£13.26 per hour, 21-36 hours per week.

The Role

As a Grimsby's Senior Homecare Roving Nights, you'll play a key role in supporting both Service Users and frontline care teams across the Grimsby area. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll provide hands-on care, respond to emergency situations, mentor colleagues, and help maintain exceptional standards across our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality person-centred care to Service Users.
  • Respond to emergency callouts and provide additional support where required.
  • Mentor and supervise Homecare Workers.
  • Carry out competency checks and medication assessments.
  • Support and guide new starters during induction.
  • Build positive relationships with Service Users and their families.
  • Complete care plans, reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Promote independence and connect individuals with community support services.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Liaise effectively with management, healthcare professionals, and families.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced within care and confident administering medication.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care.
  • Calm, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Organised with strong communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
  • A supportive team player with leadership potential.
  • In possession of a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • A Level 2 Qualification in Care and supervisory experience are desirable but not essential.
