The Wolds Care Centre in Louth is looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our expanding team of care professionals. Pay & Hours: £12.50 per hour, 44 hours per week (Night shifts). Shift Pattern - Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend).

The Role: Providing 'exceptional care for the individual' is at the centre of our ethos, where quality of life is as important as quality of care. As a Care Assistant, you will support our services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence. We believe that residents should be given the freedom to choose how they live their lives wherever possible. We involve residents, and where appropriate their families, in the development of individual care plans, tailored to the needs of each particular resident.

About us: The Wolds Care Centre is a 66 bed Care Home situated on North Holme Road in Louth. The home provides a home for life within its specialist dementia, nursing and residential care communities. All bedrooms are spacious, boasting their own en-suite with wet room and each room is furnished to a high standard. Residents and their families are invited to personalise their rooms, creating their own unique environment, reflecting the individuality of the occupier. The HICA Group are a 'Not for Profit' organisation providing a range of care services to older people and people with learning difficulties both within residential and nursing homes and within the community. Please note that successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
